Scripture Of The Day - Speaking Forth The Word

Proverbs 18:21 - "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof."

Scripture tells us that God uses words to "call those things which be not as though they were" (Romans 4:17).

Most people spend their lives "telling it like it is." There is a difference between lying and speaking by faith. A lie is meant to deceive someone. It's designed to make someone believe something that's not true. But to speak by faith is simply to speak words that agree with the Word of God instead of the circumstances around you.

Begin today by stopping "telling it like it is" and start speaking and believing the promises of God, putting the power of words to work for you.
 
Scripture Of The Day - Take No Thought

Matthew 6:24,25 - "No man can serve two masters...take no thought."

When thinking about the pressures of life that are bearing down on you -- you cannot serve those pressures and also the Word of God at the same time.

We serve our thoughts -- Isaiah 55 tells us to forsake our thoughts and by the Word take God's thoughts -- 2 Corinthians 10:5 says to cast out thoughts that challenge the Word and bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. In other words, make your thoughts obey the Word.

Circumstances don't have to change before you can change your thoughts. In fact, the circumstances may not ever change until your thoughts are switched from wrong to right thinking.
 
Scripture Of The Day - Speak To The Mountain

Matthew 17:20 - "And Jesus said unto them, 'Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, if ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, 'Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.'"

Faith is being awakened in you today to see the supernatural become possibly natural every day in your life. You are the dwelling place of God so that your faith will be unshaken.

Your mouth is a secret weapon against the enemy. Know your authority in Christ to decree and speak the will of God over everything God has put you in charge of or in authority over.

Most Believers just speak to God about the mountains they are facing daily instead of following Jesus' directions and speaking directly to the mountains. Your mountains have ears and they will respond if you speak to them.

The enemy is trying to shake the faith of God's people with fear. Fight back by speaking faith today to see mountains moved immediately!

Scripture Of The Day - Exaltation and Promotion

Habakkuk 3:17-19 (NKJV): "Though the fig tree may not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines; though the labor of the olive may fail, and the fields yield no food; though the flock may be cut off from the fold, and there be no herd in the stalls – yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation. The Lord God is my strength; He will make my feet like deer's feet, And He will make me walk on my high hills."

Here is a beautiful picture of worshiping and rejoicing in God at all times, married with the promise that He WILL make you amazing by His Spirit, even lifting you up to high places like you have never known before.

Exaltation, promotion in His high place, is a promise to all those who choose to rejoice in Him at all times. As we lay hold of joy in the Lord He fills us with fresh strength daily! This is a key to your spiritual strength.


This year get ready for the new thing that will spring forth. Break out of the old wineskin and receive the new that is filled with the new wine of His joy! His joy is a distinguishing mark separating those who live after the Spirit and those who live by the strong arms of the flesh.
 
Scripture Of The Day - Walking In Your Christ Identity

Isaiah 52:1-2 TPT, "Wake up! Open your eyes! Beautiful Zion, put on your majestic strength!...put on your glory garments! ...Arise and shake off your dust! Sit enthroned, Jerusalem! Break off your shackles of bondage from your neck..."

Garments are significant and identify who you are and what you function in. Sometimes we can allow our season, others, or the enemy to put garments on us that are not ours. What we wear will influence how we carry and see ourselves.

Our garments carry our identity, authority, and the anointing and skills needed for each season. Don't allow your season to define you. Define your season by walking in who you are in Christ. You were made to carry His glory and shine bright. Don't let others or your season snuff out your light. When we put on the garments of who we are we shut the door to the enemy having access in our lives.

Arise in this season -- shake off the dust and residue of this past season -- put on your strength and glory garments. Grab ahold of what God has for you and run with it.
 
Scripture Of The Day - Return To The Bridegroom

Song of Solomon 5:12, - "His eyes are like doves by the rivers of waters, washed with milk, and fitly set."

Ask the Lord to anoint you with dove's eyes. Doves mate for life. There is a great love and devotion between them. Their eyes are on each other to the exclusion of all else.

Today, if you have been distracted, return to the Bridegroom. He is inviting you to come! Consecrate yourself -- set your eyes upon Him and your heart to seek Him and His purpose for your life.
 
Scripture Of The Day - Stand Firm

Joshua 24:13 - "I gave you a land you did not labor for, and cities you did not build, though you live in them; you are eating from vineyards and olive groves you did not plant."

Stand firm in the midst of the assaults that have been warring against you. If you choose to SEE the goodness of God and trust His leading, you will see the hand of His deliverance. God is saying to you today that the provision is on the other side of your obedience to take one step at a time.

As you cross over by faith, taking the simple steps in front of you, despite the fears and not having all the answers, you will find provision awaiting you on the other side in order that you might fulfill the assignment that God has set aside for you in the land of promise -- provision for debt-free homes and cars, for jobs, for friends and community, for all that you require. So hold fast, stand firm, look and see that the Lord is GOOD and that He has prepared the way for you.

Now SEIZE what belongs to you with your eyes of faith, and you will SEE it manifest in the natural.
 
Scripture Of The Day - Heirs Of Salvation

Psalm 103:20 - "Praise the LORD, you His angels, you mighty ones who do His bidding, who obey His Word."

We are the heirs of salvation, and the angels have been assigned to minister on our behalf, but again, we have a part to play. "Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?" (Hebrews 1:14). We are the ones giving voice to God's Word, just as we see in Daniel 10:12 when Gabriel, the archangel, said to Daniel, "...I have come because of your words."

Angels are activated when we give voice to God's Word. Angels wage warfare in the spirit realm on our behalf. With the Word of God, they pursue and drive away our enemy. When we decree God's word we are causing Heaven to manifest in the natural realm, becoming our reality.

Decrees are powerful, establishing God's will and manifesting Heaven's authority on Earth.
 
Scripture Of The Day - Accessing Our Abundant Life

Colossians 3:3 - "For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God."

Paul informs us that God hid our abundant life in Christ. Where is He? Answer: seated at the right hand of the Father, in heavenly places. (Ephesians 1:20) Our abundant life is hidden in the Kingdom realm. And only faith can make the withdrawals.

Faith was never intended only to get us into the family. Faith sees. It brings His kingdom into focus. All of the Father's resources, all of His benefits, are accessible through faith.

To encourage us in our capacity to see, Jesus gave specific instruction, "Seek first the kingdom of God..." (Matthew 6:33). Paul says in 2 Corinthians 4:18, "For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal."

Scripture tells us to turn our attention toward the invisible. Faith has its anchor in the unseen realm. It lives from the invisible toward the visible. Faith actualizes what it realizes. The Scriptures contrast the life of faith with the limitations of natural sight (2 Corinthians 5:7).
 
Scripture Of The Day - The Power Of Our Decree

Job 22:28 - "You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you; and light will shine on your ways."

We can see from several passages of Scripture the power of our decree. The people of God will receive their breakthrough by what they decree, decide on a matter and declare prophetically for breakthrough in the area of their need.

A decree is based on our decisions. In addition, angels only respond to God's Word and are sent to carry out His will in our lives. "Bless the Lord, you His angels, who are mighty, and do His commands, and obey the voice of His word. Bless the Lord, all you His hosts; you servants who do His pleasure." (Psalm 103:20). When we return the Lord's Word to Him, angels are supernaturally dispatched to carry out the fulfillment of the Scripture and Word of God.

If we want our prayers and declarations to be successful, it is vitally important to utilize the Word of God.
 
Scripture Of The Day - Discerning In The Heavenly Realm

Colossians 3:2 - "Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth."

Many people who are filled with unbelief call themselves "realists." Unbelief is faith in the inferior. Unbelief is actually faith in something other than God. They believe the material world rules over the spiritual world. Materialism is not simply the accumulation of goods.

We can want nothing and be materialistic because materialism is faith in the natural as the superior reality. Spiritual things are discerned only in the heavenly realm, and earthly things become clear only with heavenly insight. Therefore, heaven is the only worthwhile viewing point.

God wants to have a people who are consecrated to walk in His purpose for their life, doing His work so that He might rule over the earth through them.
 
Scripture Of The Day - Walking In Advancement

1 Corinthians 2:9 - "But as it is written: 'Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.'"

2020 will see the Lord bring swift advancement to many people. There is also a call from the Lord for His people to move beyond their comfort zones and step into new territory, operating in the new way the Lord is leading them. They will spiritually move into a new land, occupy new territory and move significantly beyond where they are now, into the next level of their destiny in Him.

Just like a bridge carries us from one place to another, people will move from where they are and rapidly shift and advance and move into the fullness of His calling on their life. Spiritually, they will be moving to a place that is beyond what they could have envisioned.

Many believers have gone through a season of refining and preparation in order to enter the new place the Lord has prepared for them to move into this coming year. It will be a year of great fruitfulness and blessing as the Lord leads them into the fullness of all He has planned.
 
Scripture Of The Day - Living By The Faith Of God

Galatians 2:20 - "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me."

When we completely lay down our lives, not caring what the outcome is, then we make room for Christ to be fully formed in us (see Galatians 4:19). As that occurs, then it is no longer our faith that accomplishes the promises of God in our lives, rather, it is His faith.

As He lives His life in and through us, His faith keeps us on the journey into all truth and ultimately to our destinies. As we walk more and more in this reality, we find that we no longer ask for much.

We ask and speak the Word over the circumstances and situations in our lives, however, we access His faith for the outcome and realize that He will not fail and our future is in His success and not our own.
 
Scripture Of The Day - Pressing Through

Hebrews 13:5 - “...I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.”

Do you see any storms on the horizon? Don't quit! Make the decision to press through, to press forward, to keep pressing on, even in the face of certain adversity; God has not brought you this far to drop you now!

Declare and meditate on what you know to be the scriptural truths of God! You KNOW He is good! You KNOW He is faithful! You KNOW He will never leave you or forsake you He will bring you through this storm! He has taken you through every other one you have faced in your life.

"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go." (Joshua 1:9).

Keep speaking the promises and know that He is speaking to you, too!
 
Scripture Of The Day - Actively Taking Control

Ecclesiastes 3:11 says, "He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end."

Instead of losing heart in 2020 and wondering if something will come alive, begin to actively take control of the situation and "call into being things that were not." God created the universe with the creative, miracle-working power of His Word and He asks us to do the same, even today.

The enemy wants you to doubt and not believe. He has set up a garrison against you, but realize that this means your promotion is for real. Anytime the enemy chooses to stand up against you, the Word on the inside of you has become a challenge to him, and you can be sure that what is on the inside of you will come to pass.

Keep on declaring God's purpose for your life and all the scripture that supports it.


 
Scripture Of The Day - There Is No Box

Ephesians 3:20 – “Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.”

Out of the box thinking realizes there is no box. You are the limitless PURPOSE and MANIFESTATION of God’s glory, released into the earth with the same anointing, mission, and message Jesus had over 2,000 years ago.

You now live beyond the dimension of needing your needs met, and you live in that kingdom dimension of being the conduit of blessing for others. Out of the box thinking and living eliminates both the box and the notions of religious confinement that the box created.

You now understand that the glory that was on Jesus is now on you…so you are God’s glory walking throughout the earth called on assignment to be the answer to someone else’s question and the breakthrough for someone else’s bondage.
 
Scripture Of The Day - Walking In My Divine Purpose

Paul, in Ephesians 5:15-17, offers the Church a most severe warning:

"Look carefully then how you walk! Live purposefully and worthily and accurately, not as the unwise and witless, but as wise (sensible, intelligent people), making the very most of the time [buying up each opportunity], because the days are evil. Therefore do not be vague and thoughtless and foolish, but understanding and firmly grasping what the will of the Lord is" (AMP).

It is imperative that we all take a strong stand. We must make up our minds to not continue to stumble about in the confusion that seems to gridlock today's culture. Rather, we must walk with God-given goals and aims and bring to light His divine PURPOSE for our life.

We're not to be vague, thoughtless, and distracted during these days. We can and must discover great guidance and guidelines for living day by day, advancing in the knowledge of His CALLING on our life, possessing the wisdom that God is offering to us.
 
Scripture Of The Day - Actualizing Our Place In The Kingdom

John 8:36 - "If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed."

Break free from everything that hinders the work of His Spirit in your lives. Be free from all false expectations, man's expectations, religious expectations; every expectation that does not come from the hope and expectancy that He gives to you.

So you must be emptied of all the things that hold you in the earthly realm, repent and turn away from those things that break His heart. Set your priorities in order for He is taking you into another realm of your faith walk.

His love is reaching to the depth of your being -- this is His being poured out upon you and manifesting in you. This realm is His Kingdom in you; this is dominion, your CALLING in Christ, your place in His Kingdom. So step in, step out of the boat and walk on the water in this New Faith Realm—ONLY BELIEVE and you will receive.
 
Scripture Of The Day - Impassioned For Jesus

Colossians 3:2 - "Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth."

This is a time to be fully aware and fully impassioned for the things of God. Do not let the noise and distraction of the things of the world steal your attention in this critical hour! Set your full affections completely on the things that are above and don't be swayed by anything this world has to offer.

When your mind is cluttered with religious mindsets (which often we don't realize), they block the light of revelation. There are spirits attached to strong mindsets, and people become immovable.

Prayer:

LORD JESUS, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO WALKS SILENTLY IN THE INNERMOST SANCTUARY OF MY SOUL. SO CAREFULLY YOU WEAVE YOURSELF INTO THE FIBERS OF MY BEING. TOUCH ME WITH YOUR CLEANSING, RENEWING FIRE.
