For What Purpose is God Giving You Strength Right Now?

God gives us strength all the time.
Small amounts for normal days,
and large amounts when needed.
The more strength we need, the more
He gives us.

Is God giving you strength right now?
For what?
Can we count on Him when the rough
times come around?

Right now He's giving me strength to
care for my sick and needy husband.

And He answered my prayer for help...

I submit to do the same with my wife .patience as I have no inclination nor desire to read meters much longer .
 
yeah, im beginning to think im not so much the problem here. lol. stigma, i think maybe the situation was worse because I live in The South, but now THE LORD has made it so that, oddly enough, -some- aspects of southern culture work in my favor, to a point...

but anyway, deal is...I get 0 respect, and it does kinda wear on me, it does. when I moved in here, for a while, some dudes would flash bright, bright flashlights into the windows. true story. and...

now, things have kinda simmered down, I think (?), but people openly laugh about "he thinks Jesus healed him?!?! he's SChIZOPHRENIC!," etc., which...honestly, I don't know what to make of that, either. but I do think Jesus healed a lot of my physical probs, because otherwise...

I'd be either dead (likely) or -seriously- damaged and burned out. -sigh-

but anyway...

caring for sick people is rough. having said that, I hope+pray to "improve" (whatever that really mean) enough to be there for my parents, should they need a prop when they get old, and so they can stay out of a nursing home, if at all possible. :)

Nursing homes are good CE.
People there are taken care of...if you could find a good one, that is.
And I don't know the cost over there, here it's pretty expensive.

Its part of the vow,in sickness or in health ,till death do we part .
I'm tired of working like I do. I strained my kneee yesterday and well thankfully today was a light route ,tomorrow is a bit longer .

To get through the time period of my fiancee being in prison.
 
God is giving me strength right now to help encourage His people and lift up His name and work in the world, as a beacon of light that can draw all men to Him.

Sometimes things happen, that makes you pause. At 23 I lost my father to a stroke. My daughters fiance lost his dad to suicide, and he is now 23. He is now getting support and counselling.

I felt last night sad, sad about the depression of my teenage years, sad about my own struggles with suicidal thoughts, sad at the lack of support I got. And then I realised how blessed I was, and in the busyness of life, how I needed to make space to understand my own history and that of those around me, which is easy to miss.

Praise the Lord, His love extends through all things, and if we walk in His love, we will bear fruit that lasts into eternity. Amen

I constantly thank Him and worship Him, Who is so worthy.

God's giving me strength right now to help me through being stressed and overwhelmed by enormous hospital debt after the two surgeries my husband just went through and our out of pocket part of the insurance, but I know God always supplies our needs and I have to put my faith and trust in Him to carry me through this trial. Trying to get these present bills paid off so I can go have the back surgery I need to help me walk better again.

Putting one foot in front of the other as this sheep followers her Master.

We've all been through hardships,,,,and this is our faith in actions....
that we could still praise God even when the times are rough.....
even when we feel somewhat abandoned by Him at times;
we can know that we really are not and continue on our path toward Him.

Somehow everything gets taken care of.

It sometimes feels like the end....
but it's always a beginning.
