I must stand before God. His judgement only. His help only.
As I struggle for daily meaning in a job which gives me almost zero.Maybe I miss some status that I had. Money too. But now feel I am wasting my life. My physical health contributes to despair and a feeling of being trapped. I am unemployable. I have to appreciate having a job. Despite having grown tired of tyrannical bosses with childish egos.
I feel I didn't reach my potential in life. I think I ran away at crucial times which could have led to growth. I never had the determination and confidence to reach a higher level in my careers.
I think my personal life is ok. Thank God. Praise the Lord for my wife, my dog and my home.
Lord help me see some meaning in my work. Help me endure what must be endured. To communicate my needs well. To assert myself in an appropriate way. To stand up to injustice in the right way. My suffering is small in the scheme of things. Make me a person worthy of your love.
