Thanks for sharing that Dan. may i ask why the media is keeping a lid on it?

I don't believe our media has much journalistic integrity left. I believe corporate control of the media and the government is widespread at the local/state and national levels. The Episcopal Church is exempt from scrutiny on its sins of childhood sexual assault. This exemption extends to any media coverage and any accountability in the courts. The reasons? Apparently some very powerful politically connected people say so.

Below are a few precautions when using masks that I have not heard before

[3] Do not give or loan your mask to anyone

I like the idea of journals anyway. Today's events, moods, observations, ….otherwise we keep those thoughts floating in our mind. better to get them down. I notice( C. empowered) and I tend to do it anyway. It helps my sanity. Maybe it helps yours?

Writing just like Speech are the two most peaceful outlets.Thats why they are important.
