Sorry to disappoint but I wont be exploring the naughty parts. I will leave that to someone else.
Now getting old . Injuries. Body parts wearing out. You need to get to know each body part . Treat them like your children. Make them feel special. Be a good parent. Say hi to them each day. let them know you care. Neglect them and they will let you know it. Nagging you into the grave.
And some of course need more attention than others. They have become attention seekers. Like my dear L5/S1 in my lower lumbar spine. If I dont do my yoga stretches , sit ups and downward dogs, it will be "woof, woof, woof !"...later at work...as if to say "ignore me and I will let you know it big time!" But give it the right amount of attention and its bad behaviour, whilst not vanishing is minimised. All we can aim for there is pain minimisation not pain removal.
My feet. Ah my dear feet. I never used to worry about my feet. They didn't need much attention at all. Now they demand it! I cant walk otherwise. "treat me tenderly, massage my neighbours, the calves, massage my achilles too, strap me up ! protect me! dont let me get hurt! make me strong again!! dont ever abandon me again!!" Ah but when i give them what they want. Or should i say, give them what they need, they co operate. Recently they are getting more independant. Maybe they are hinting at regaining maturity and living on their own. im not sure. They want to be strong but they still need my help.
My less demanding body parts include my rotator cuff and neck. If I do a few minutes exercise on them per day, they say "thats fine Mum, that will do. have a nice day!!"
My glutes are my mystery kids. One of them seems ok i guess but the other one never seems to know if it is strong or stressed out. It said to me once" yes Mum I know my job is to protect the back but I am just exhausted sometimes." Give me a break!!" Yeah but I give them a break and my back still seems unsupported. "Come on glutes do your job better!!" Maybe i demand too much of some of my children. The glutes are like my oldest kids who get too much responsibility. They dont wanna look after the young ones anymore. Tired of babysitting.

Well at least your brain doesn't need any help. That was very cleverly worked out.
It's great fun getting older.
Praying all your aches and pains disappear and give you a break.
