Here we go. They're starting to target Pastors and people of faith. In a time where the peoples of the world need these corporate prayers going up to God, a collective voice going up as one, to the most almighty source of power on earth or off of earth...but, that's a non essential service so you can't do that or we'll arrest you...

But Liquor stores are open. Abortion clinics are open. Those are essential services but church is not?! Something stinks with that. Scripture tells us to, not forsake the fellowship and gathering unto the Lord. Whatever happened to the separation of church and state anyway? Do you agree with the closing of churches or not? Here's the video.

Churches need to be prepared to apply our 1st amendment right to freely exercise our religion. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."

Something that has baffled me is the Catholic church in America. When I was growing up, we were taught to miss Sunday Mass was a mortal sin. So how did the Catholic church get around this when they closed their Sunday Mass services this spring? Can man decide when an action or inaction is or is not a sin?

I would be interested in hearing Mungo chime in on this and shed some light.

It may not be evident, but what is happening in the U.S. is a rebellion against conservative religious views. Our nation is inflamed with hatred for anything that represents or is connected with our religious heritage. It comes disguised in all kinds of agendas and topics that don't seem to be related to that, but the bottom line of it all is America is in full rebellion against Christian values. Persecution is coming and is already here.

The power at work behind all of these things is communism. It has been hard at work behind the scenes destroying our nation for decades. Call it a fake conspiracy if you want but we are seeing the plan of the Illuminati unfolding in plain sight more and more. What they planned and have been putting in motion for a couple of centuries lines up with what the Bible says will happen. Capitalism is in the cross hairs of the one world new order and we're witnessing the destruction of it, and everything 'Christian' associated with it is going down with it. God has put it in the heart of the ten horns of the beast to accomplish His will in this matter - Revelation 17:16,17.

I don't know about your churches and liquor shops but here in the UK there could easily be 50 plus in a congregation who are there for an hour, singing, meeting with people.
While in a shop there might be three or four customers, masked, keeping their distance and in the shop for at most ten minutes.

The difference in exposure risk is dramatically greater in a church compared to a shop.

Any pastor who has so little regard for the health of the congregation and of the community they are among should be locked up.

It does not matter whether you believe in how contagious the virus is or whether you think masks are useless you complie with these health and safety requirements.

If once life is back to normal churches are closed while cinemas and nightclubs are open, then there is an argument for perscution untill then it is just stupid ministers.

I was listening to the morning program called "Seize The Day With Gus Lloyd" on the Catholic Channel over Sirius radio last Thursday and he was talking about how in the San Francisco area they were only allowing church services to be held outdoors with a maximum of 12 people while at the same time retailers are restricted to 50% capacity.

It has been shown that the virus can remain airborne (in aerosol form) for many minutes and possibly up to an hour indoors where there is a small volume of fresh air and little air movement to disperse any vapor clouds we may exhale.

The risk of contracting a virus, including Covid-19, while outdoors in open air is considerably lower than it is indoors. This is because there is more air movement and considerably higher volume of fresh air so the vapor clouds we exhale are dispersed much more rapidly than indoors. That in itself should make holding religious services outdoors a better option for allowing more attendance.

Do you understand the hypocrisy as I've explained above?

doesn't make sense to me - that is why POTUS says call rallies and church services a protest and all of a sudden it is allowed

in Florida your liquor isn't sold inside any grocery but must be separatly sold and also most gas stations ,its impossible to have six feet apart .the place is two small inside those doors that separate them .my county has no mask mandates .

I can eat at a restaurant with more then 50 and not have a mask on while eating ,yet somehow as wip says the virus won't get sucked up into the a.c. ducts?

How can you pretend to know what is in that pastor's heart? How do you know that it is not faith in God? Would you also presume that Psalm 91 is not true?

Could it be that you're simply being overly critical?I don't think we're supposed to judge our Brothers and Sisters like that. My first thought was, wow there's a man of faith right there. A whole congregation even! That's a praise the Lord moment Brother. The way you say it brought to mind, the love of many will wax cold.

You have to leave room for God in your discernment Brother.

I agree, not about calling Ministers stupid, but the other part.

People still have freedom of religion and the right to be a Christian and they can pray at home, and depending where one lives can still have gatherings but they are limited to whatever the rules are, so it's not about persecution, it's about freedom of movement and assembly.

There are some things that don't make any logical sense for example who and what is classed as essential and who is allowed to open and who is not, but I won't get into that. I mean, i believe meat, fruit and vegetables are essential as it's food and I have to eat, but for some reason small local fruit and vegetable and butcher businesses were closed when I went to buy food as an essential during lockdown.

And that still does not justify break the law. It is something that needs to be challenge legally with experts etc.

don't think we're supposed to judge our Brothers and Sisters like that.

We have every right to make and pass judgement on anyone or any situation. Jesus made two conditions, that we judge rightly or justly and that we be prepared to be judged by the same standards we have used.

This is not a case yet of the state shutting churches to stop Christianity. It is a case of a concerned government trying to limit the spread of a highly infection virus.

God working in him, yes if he was opening his building up as an emergence hospital for those unable to pay for treating the virus, opening to worship in deviance of the law No.

about freedom of movement and assembly.

Then that legal right has to be defended through the courts not by breaking the law.

In making a legal defence of these constitutional rights the fact that they come from Christian ideas could be clearly shown and the underlying bases of American culture is Christian and that non Christian ideas, activities are essentially unamerican.

In a society that largely rejects Christianity that leaves them with a problem.
Do they visibly return to supporting Christianity or do they rewrite the constitution?

And that still does not justify break the law. It is something that needs to be challenge legally with experts etc.
ok,so it is illegal to be on a golf course on during lightning ,for your safety ,yet that is ignored.we don't arrest not fine those .

I,guess if its about safety we should always comply .when in reality its not in all cases but money makers and yes the courts are being used to fight this .do you suggest the churches simply cease existing ?

not all have the internet .my,parents don't .my mother and father in law don't .

And that still does not justify break the law. It is something that needs to be challenge legally with experts etc.
Yes, we are told to submit to authorities because God has put them there (Romans 13:1-14). There are times, however, when our lawmakers provide for hypocrisy and we need to take action to remove it for in the United States we have that authority through proper channels. See the Constitution of the United States and our individual state constitutions.

While all this is true, God's laws/rules/commands supersede man's (Acts 5:27-29). Scripture says we are not to forego meeting together (Hebrews 10:24-25). The Catholic church teaches that to miss gathering together is not only a sin but a mortal sin.

These are the times of sorrow Jesus spoke of in Matthew 24 as we can read how Pastors and the congregations are being persecuted, even to death, and Churches in other countries like India and Africa are being burned down along with the Bibles as commanded by the Jesuit Priesthood. People can scoff as they please and just call these conspiracy theories, but it all lines up with scripture when you study the history of the seven remaining nations described as four beasts in Daniel 7:1-8 and the three kingdoms that were subdued by the little horn, which is the Roman Empire.

The NWO is a combination of the Jesuit militant Priesthood. Their secret agenda is that of taking total control of all institutions and resources globally for world domination as this was the intention of Ignatius Loyola a Spanish militant who was the founder of the Society of Jesus in 1534. In 1540 Pope Paul III gave approval for this society known as the Jesuit Priesthood today. Their agenda includes total global control over political, military, economic, educational, religious and environmental systems for the deceptive purpose of ensuring global peace, prosperity and order during the timing of the seventh trumpet.

This is a partial list of what the Jesuit Militant Priesthood has controlled from their beginning in 1540: Inquisition, Crusaders, Knights Templar, Illuminati, high level Freemasonry, Jesuit infiltration of the English colonies on the North American continent, Banksters, Vatican Bank, Agenda 21 and 2030, World Trade Organization, Bilderbergers Club, Rothschild’s, Rockerfellows, Constantine, Hitler, Mussolini, Roman Catholic Ecumenical Assemblies (RCEA) and The Global Eucharistic Community (GEC).

The Jesuit Provincials are the regional superior and take their orders from the Superior General Militant of the Jesuits known as the Black Pope (Black meaning evil not color) who controls all military forces on all seven continents. The Jesuit Provincials are located in 112 nations on every continent including America. Jesuits maintain, 70 secondary and primary schools, 50 Jesuit High Schools and 28 universities in the United States with Georgetown University being the first one established in Washington DC in 1789. There are ten Jesuit regional supervisors in the following States of California, Chicago-Detroit, Maryland, Missouri, New England, New Orleans, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin.

I've seen these outdoor services where the Pastor has a sound system and the congregation stays in their cars, but yet the police were sent in to break it all up. Many churches around here have gone to viral services online which is better then nothing as the word is still being preached.
