no he is complicating it. this is what is wrong with christians to day .the Bible says the Just shall walk by faith.. i believe the Bible by faith i believe jesus was born of the virgin mary .along with his death on the cross==redemption he paid the price for every sin there was i committed and trust me i had millions . i also believe by faith he arose on the 3td day so i could have eternal life . in hebrews it tell us with out faith it's impossible to please God. yes the process from sinner to saint can b hard to understand to the natural mind .we are saved by grace through faith . did abraham fully understand what or why God had to take issac for a sacrifice . isaac asked where the sacrifice was. abraham said the Lord will provide and he did, to keep questioning why God use saul who was renamed paul . as a apostle is absurd , justification is just as if we had never sinned . i mean i went to great lengths to explain .the reason this is possible is by cross at calvary

Slow your roll here and listen to what he is asking.

No, Rajesh Sahu is not complicating it, but trying to understand that of what he is confused with.

Many of us have known Rajesh Sahu ever since he became a member back in 2017 and he is a great man of faith. He, like all of us that question certain things, is only asking that we help him with his confusion of that which he presented in the OP. He is only reaching out to his brothers and sisters that can help him understand how God could use a blasphemer like Saul as he gave us Matthew 12:30-32 that is confusing him.

i read it all and i responded in a way h could understand . for the last time were not going to under stand . how do we know we are saved besides the spirit telling us? w accept it by faith .paul gave his testimony in his teachings from darkness to the glorious light . i agv my reply to the best of my ability . i have nothing else to say nor am i going to defend my post . it is what is.. if you want to go through line by line and re do what i said you have my blessings . for the life of me why it has to turn into you didnt understand you agv the wrong reply is beyond me..

I read somewhere that Saul was a very dedicated man and when he persecuted Jesus and then hid disciples he truly believed he was doing the right thing. That is until he met the Lord on the road to Damascus. He was them taught and further taught by Peter
He preached ad a born again Christian not as a Pharisee.
Although, before he was a Christian, he caused others to blaspheme, I don't think it was against the Holy Spirit, the Pharisees were against Jesus the Son of God.

Galatians 1:13 For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it: 14 And profited in the Jews' religion above many my equals in mine own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of my fathers.

Also read Acts 26:1-11

I had made a typing error and it wouldn't let me change it. Tried to explain a few posts later.

Please brother, let's keep unity between us as this is spiraling in a bad direction that neither one of us want to go in that direction. All I was trying to show you is how he is confused with certain scriptures seeing them in his mind being inconsistencies. I have nothing against what you told him, but only had one question with what you said, but that has now gone to the wayside and no longer needs to be discussed.

It was the way you mentioned to him about rejecting 2 Corinthians 5:17 that he is rejecting the Bible that I have a problem with as he never stated he rejected this scripture. We are just trying to show him that there is no contradiction with what Jesus said in Matthew 12:30-32 and then making Paul an Apostle. It was only Paul's ignorance being a Pharisee taught under the law that he persecuted Christians to death believing he was doing this in the name of God.

This is what the OP is all about and I mean no disrespect to you or what you have replied to him. I hold no animosity towards you and I hope it is all well between you and I

i used that scripture to show him how it was possible . that is the best explanation anyone can get. to rad that and still question, there is a major malfunction i am a straight shooter if one will read paul writing to the churches he was pretty straight forward i make no excuse in fact truth free come off rally straight forward . do you disagree with him also ? i wish to not discuss my post any farther as per how i responded

Like I said, I have no problem with what you replied to him as I agree with it, but was seeking some understanding within the question I asked you of something you said about all of us blaspheme at times as I wasn't sure what you meant, but we will just move pass all of this as I have no problems with you.

Thank you for your kind words sir. Yes it's true my life is completely dedicated to the Lord. I live for Him and Him alone. If I asked a question, I quoted the scripture, which I believe was relevant.
I must make a confession though. Due to my love for Christ, I do give the messiah's words the highest importance. I believe mankind/ humanity is highly blessed to have the opportunity to read every word that came out of His mouth and which is recorded for us in the Bible. I keep thinking the people of God waited for such a long time-- hundreds of years -- for the Messiah. Just to hear Him out. But we who were born after He came are blessed to have His spoken word with us! I repeatedly read His words. the red-lettered words of the Lord of the Universe. Some verses really captured my attention and heart.
The Lord says (in John 13:16)
Truly, truly, I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him.

The Messiah says this (about the Law) in Matthew 5:18 (NLT)
"I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not even the smallest detail of God’s law will disappear until its purpose is achieved."

Then He says this in Matthew 5:17 ►

"Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.”

Matthew 22:37-39 : “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

The Messiah uses the same words in Matthew 7: 12

"So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets."

This made me wonder, how would I like others to treat me? Well I would like to be treated well and liked by others. But even more, I would like to be loved (which exceeds mere liking). For I thrive on love and wither on rejection. I then realized, in different words, Jesus said the same thing in Matthew 22:38 and Matthew 7:12. He was exhorting us to love God and Love other humans. And when we do it the Messiah points out we are obeying the entire law (Matthew 22:39)

I was then reminded (by the Holy Spirit?) That Jesus had the same thing to the teacher of the Law who had asked Him in Luke 10: 25-27

On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”

“What is written in the Law? he replied. “How do you read it?

He (teacher of law) answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’

“You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. Do this and you will live.”

So Jesus says pretty much said the same thing to the teacher of the Law--- Love God and love other humans.

This again set me wondering why is Jesus placing so much emphasis on LOVE. Why? Paul was teaching it is by faith in Messiah alone was enough to be saved. But when Christ was teaching He was pointing at LOVE GOD, LOVE OTHERS message . Why? Then the coin dropped because God is Love! Reveals Bible

1 John 4:8 “Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.

And Jesus reveals in John 10:30 “I and the Father are one."

So we can safely infer Jesus was love. How could He have taught something else. Everything suddenly started making perfect sense. Jesus’ teachings reflect who He was/ is He and God are ONE and they are LOVE. And that Love is Agape Love. Amazing and unfailing. The Lord wanted us to be loving and compassionate human beings. For when we learn to love we obey the entire law. It then occurred to me what the Good Lord had meant when He said “ I have come not to abolish the law but to fulfill it”
And Lord did that by dying on the Cross for US. because He loved us/ loves us. And when we FOLLOW His commandments to love God, love others, love each other as he loved us ( John 15:12) and even love the enemy(Matthew 5:44) ---- let none be spared from your love!---- we are fulfilling the requirement of the Law. Just by practicing loving compassion. And if I am not even able to do one thing the Lord repeatedly ask me /us to do, what excuse have I?
Brothers and sisters when I realized the vital importance of learning to live in Love rather than judgment or hate or prejudice, I started experimenting what if I practice what the Lord asked us --- love/ compassion? I understand it’s not easy. Peter says in 1 Peter 4:8 love covers over a multitude of sins. While Solomon says in Proverbs 10:12 say Love covers all sins. It is therefore vitally important my brothers and sisters in Christ to implement what The Lord commanded us to do.
Everything is learned by practice. Even learning how to Love is not easy. It’s difficult to Love even a few, not to mention all. But I realized I may not be able to love all, but I CAN definitely exist ( and operate) through the premise of love ( rather than hate/ contempt/judgment). I do not have to walk up to every person and say “I love you” but I can certainly VIEW people through the eyes of loving compassion rather than contempt/ prejudice/ judgment. In this past year or so since this realization dawned on me that the Clarion call of the Christ was to love God and others ( even enemies), I have started practicing Loving compassion. Slowly I realized my bitterness/judgment/intolerance/anger started weakening. I am becoming a more tolerant and humbler person. Very little anger left, because I see the trials and tests others are going through. Which evokes the feelings of love and compassion. The bad/ sinful guy in me is still there of course. But I pray to the Lord to help me practice what He passionately taught… Love

Lord even says in John 14:15 “ If you love me you will keep my commandments”
I know He is saying very clearly “ if you are not keeping my commandments you have no love for me” I am very aware of this now. Thanks to the Lord's clarion call for Love I'm at peace with myself and at peace with the world. When we learn to love, we keep away from sin. We become more and more Christ-like.
Just shared my heart out friends. Hopefully, it will help you gain an even greater perspective, as it helped me. What started in the garden of Eden culminated in loving compassion—through Christ’s ministry and His work on the Cross. And this culmination will be the beginning says the book of Revelation!
God bless you all richly with wisdom love and compassion. My prayers are with all of you especially at this hour of testing/challenges/\... raj

That was very heart felt and I love your compassion for the Lord and how He has taught you to love others. Many things within the scriptures can seem confusing or contradicting, but the more we search out the full context and ask the Holy Spirit to bring light to our failed understandings is when the knowledge we need begins to unfold before us.

Saul was a Pharisee born to Jewish parents, even though he was a Roman citizen, was taught the law through another Pharisee named Gamaliel who was a teacher of the law.

Paul, as being Saul before his conversion, persecuted the early church as like all the Pharisee's thought what Jesus was teaching others, especially His twelve disciples, were heterodox beliefs by a Jewish establishment in what was then the Roman province of Judea.

When you compare Matthew 12:30-32 and Matthew 23:13-36 there is no contradiction as Jesus meant what He said as He condemns the Pharisees, which Paul was at one time when he persecuted the Christian church. In Paul's ignorance, like many people, he knew nothing of there being a Holy Spirit so one can not blaspheme against the Holy Spirit if they never knew there was such a thing. Not only that, God had already predestined Paul before he was born that he would become an Apostle to the Gentiles as we read of his conversion in Acts 9:1-19; 22:6-21; 26:12-18.

1 Peter 1:22 22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: 23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

Luke 10:16 He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.

BTW, I'm a sister in Christ, not a brother. Just thought I would throw that out there.:)
