My first book was about recovery from codependency. I noticed that people were happy for the information but often got stuck when they tried to change. So I wrote, The Art of Changing." I am currently modifying this book for a Christian audience as they as special challenges trying to find the fine line between kindness and codependency.

Interesting point. In one way it shows high self-esteem. On the other is goes against the idea that God has plans for you in the future and you have to change to fulfill those plans. I am not trying to offend you, I just want to point out that to reach our fullest potential we must be willing to consider changes. On the other hand, if you are already fulfilled, then you are right. There is no need to change unless God asks you too.

You still have a point. Some people have already reached their full potential and serve God. This book was mainly written for men and women in recovery from some form of addiction. The best thing is to pose the question to God and see what he says.?
