Mrs. Barbarian had some surgery recently (she's recovering nicely) and some of the painkillers gave her considerable digestive problems. So now she's on a restricted diet, very little of which appeals to her. Looking over the rules, I took some Costco chunked chicken breast, sprayed it with oil, and lightly browned it in the broiler. I made a white sauce with Parmesan and a bit of basil. Dribbled the sauce over the chicken, added a little parsley, and served it with white rice.

She liked it and now calls it "get-well chicken."
