Does the bible ever say who is more powerful, God or the holy host of angels?
Yes, God is All Powerful. He can't be that if there is a power greater than Him. Notice I didn't say greater than His but greater than Him. God IS All Powerful. It's who He is. He doesn't posses All Power. He is All Power.

Hi Brother Daniel L Newhouse, the following are my thoughts I hope will give you direction in this.1 Cor 15:27 For He hath put all things under his feet. But when He saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that He (Our Father) is excepted, which did put all things under Him (Jesus).

Php 2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
Php 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
Php 2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Col 1:16 For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him:
Col 1:17 And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist.
Col 1:18 And He is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things He might have the preeminence.

This is Jesus’ position in time to come. Rev 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. But just as our Father put everything of power to the Son, we also read in 1 Cor 15:28 And when all things shall be subdued unto Him, then shall the Son also Himself be subject unto Him that put all things under Him, that God may be all in all.

Many mysteries remain in what is known as the Trinity, but God is God, and angels are part of His creation.

Blessings in Christ Jesus. :wave2
