Its not like it was completely rigged and set up, the camera man just deciced to film Biden as he walks to the counter and his order is already ready before he orders it and he gives a tip acting all poticially correct.

I thought they got there food and payed for it but ol Joe was so gluttonous he wanted a extra milkshake.

Hold on, the whole place is full of cameras. Can Ol Joe just go out and enjoy a milkshake in peace without being filmed and harrased. Probably not because hes the Presidant and someone everyone thinks is important when in reality hes just a old man who wants to enjoy a milkshake.
