I'm up late tonight...
I got a cheesecake in the oven and I have been working on my cast iron skillet for a tart tatin for tomorrow night at a friend's house.
I have started a long time ago to "WOW" them with any dinner item I bring.
Tomorrow will be no exception.
Cast iron gave me greif though...
It's been a while since I used it last and there were some rust spots on it.
But I seasoned it and baked off some scratch pancakes in it to help season it well.
Anybody else like cast iron skillets?
