the question is, what happens when we receive the Mind of Christ, and what's it like to live with it every day?

Your personal experience? Since scripture doesn't give this answer.
JLB told you his experience.

Some of us who care about scripture, have the Word keep us lined up with the Mind of Christ.

My mind gets stuck on the problems I'm facing, and when I have the Mind of Christ happening........I can see past all the boloney.

In all its perfection it is wonderful, peaceful, not stressed, no anxiety, comfortable, etc. When we allow Jesus to fully, and I mean fully, we experience His promise of peace.

28 "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

So the question, what happens when we receive the Mind of Christ, and what's it like to live with it every day?

We receive the mind of Christ through the Holy Spirit who is the Spirit of truth who will guide you into all truths as you study the word of God in order to know the mind of Christ for what He has already taught. When you read the book of John this will bring you to understand who Christ is and the importance of the Holy Spirit that brings us to understand the mind of Christ.

John 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. 8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9 Of sin, because they believe not on me; 10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; 11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. 12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. 13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come. 14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall show it unto you. 15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall show it unto you.

Lots of good references to what happens when the Holy Spirit is sealed into the faither.

So back to the question, what happens when we receive the Mind of Christ, and what's it like to live with it every day?

Simple, then we will be like Him in all of God's righteousness found in us.

1 John 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. 3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

I withdraw the question.

Don't withdraw your question, we have been trying to answer it. I will try again.

When we receive the mind of Christ then we start walking as He walked everyday in love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: Galatians 5:22-26.

What I have experienced by having the Spirit of Christ in me, and having the mind of Christ, is I know I’m being taught by Him, and therefore I don’t look to other men to teach me.

This only breeds division.

This is what carnal immature people do, is follow other men, and promote the opinions of men.

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.
These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.
1 Corinthians 2:12-16

First of all, those who have the Spirit of God have been freely given the knowledge of the things that God has given us.

Secondly we who have the Spirit are taught by the same Spirit the things of Christ; the things that are from His mind, the Spirit makes known to us.

Having the mind of Christ doesn’t mean His mind has replaced our mind, as if one person could contain all of His mind.

Paul said “we” have the mind of Christ, not “I” have the mind of Christ.

All of us who are Christ’s have access to His mind by the Spirit in us so we all have the same Spirit and this Spirit searches the things of God and makes them known to us, so that we all can be of the same doctrine and of the same wisdom, so we all can be in unity.

Not being followers of other men, but followers of Christ.

For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ. And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ. I fed you with milk and not with solid food; for until now you were not able to receive it, and even now you are still not able; for you are still carnal. For where there are envy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not carnal and behaving like mere men? For when one says, “I am of Paul,” and another, “I am of Apollos,” are you not carnal? 1 Corinthians 2:16-3:4

Being self taught is a kind of disease in todays called out ones. Glad to see your admitting to this , it's the first step in recovery.

But don't forget about fulfilling pisteuo correctly first!

Im rooting for you.

We are not being self taught, but taught by the Holy Spirit that dwells in us. Man can teach us nothing apart from the Holy Spirit teaching them first. You have to learn how to Spiritually discern the difference between the Spirit of truth or the spirit of error. Everything has to line up with the word of God.

1 John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

1 John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. 4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. 6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

Why would someone who has the mind of Christ, want to be taught by man?

Makes no sense.

The same Lord who taught Paul, and Peter, and John, desires to teach all of us.

Where in my post did I mention self taught?

You response is the perfect example of what I’m referring to.

Thank you for making my point.

You are breeding division by your comment and have totally misrepresented what I said.

People who follow other men’s teachings are carnal and immature, in which they naturally feel they must mock and ridicule others who choose to follow Christ.

This is because they are insecure in what they believe and therefore must attack and mock those who choose to surrender to Christ and follow His teachings and commandments.

Here is what scripture says about these people —

For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.

Nobody gets individual teaching by the Spirit of Christ, until they do what God requires everybody to do.

The Spirit of Christ doesn't give teaching, it valadates it!

When a called out one is fulfilling pisteuo correctly, and eventually recieves the Spirit of Christ, he has the ability to stand alone and lack nothing, that's is God's primary purpose for the called. The being taught other truths could be for specific purposes beyond His hope for every called out one.
The other truths would be mostly taught by " the gifted teachers" identified in Eph 4, discerned by the Spirit of Christ inside.

Do you have any scripture that validated any of this?

Lots, but you would need at least 15 years of teaching to be on the same page with me. I just can't overcome that in a few posts.

This is why I'm focusing on the beginning!

I think you understand the spirit of obedience very well and the importance of a personal one on one relationship with our Lord, but you seem to be in dire need of understanding the spirit of humility. Your posts seem to be bordering on arrogance.
