For those Christians who side with evolution, how does that pair with the Adam & Eve account. If evolution is true then there would be no Adam & Eve, the Genesis accounts would be old mythology.

A Christian believing in evolution is an oxymoron. You cannot be born again and not believe the Bible account of creation.
I know some Christians who believe in evolution, but I ask the question "How do you believe in it"A true Christian that is in Christ and He in them do not believe in evolution as we know the Genesis account of Gods creation.
Well, the new testement writers seemed to believe the creation story was a literal account. If you trust their analisis.Evolution is one point that is a struggle for many Christians. But if a Christian holds evolution as true and genesis and a lesser authority, or if a Christian holds genesis to be the authority and evolution to be in error. In either case we understand in part, and our faith is not dependant on knowing everything the correct way. Our faith is dependant on Jesus. He is Lord, and King of Kings.
That said those who struggle with evolution and come to conclusions that Genesis is not as trustworthy as Jesus claims scripture to be. Those Christians have an issue within their faith in God's word. It might weaken their faith as a whole, or they might lose out on being strengthened by the full acceptance and study of scripture. Hopefully not, but I think some are hurt by their misunderstanding.
I have heard of some Christians leaving their faith over this issue. Makes me sad to know that. It should be obvious that God is real, and then be more difficult to know what is from God and isn't. Not have the burden be to question God existing at all because of theories within evolutionary perspectives.
But then incest would be a serious problem. You raise a very interesting topic of conversation which is also controversial and the source of debates.
On one hand you have Genesis, the book describing creation and the origins of the universe and so forth. One the other you have Christians who also subscribe to the theory that all life has over millions of years evolved, and is the product of what we see today.
Some members here will remember when I joined CFnet I was not a Christian, but merely was exploring Christianity which is an interest of mine. I did believe that everything we see today evolved from something earlier in the timeline; at this point I was amazed to learn we actually share DNA characteristics with bananas which I find extraordinary! Even today, I believe some products we experience are progressing down their evolutionary timeline; an example would be flowers that adapt and modify to their surroundings. I can state I do not believe Adam and Eve were products of evolution, but that of an omnipotent creator.
This very topic is defined by a persons walk with Christ and their background. It is important to note that as Christians we share experiences but walk different paths; after all we have our own relationship with God.
I hope my above comments have shone some light onto your question tears4fears.
Sin doesn't cause death, if that was the case honey would expire. What evolution does is it removes the concept of how sin began to be in the human race. Evolutionism tells us sin wasn't brough into the world by one man but instead it was brough by a population or some other method.
Romans 5:12 Therefore, just as sin came into the world through one man, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all sinned
