[__ Prayer __] A prayer for my Baptism..

Hi..
I finally have a date for my Baptism! 08/11/09 and with a Church that I am comfortable with!!!!!
But, it seems my family are not going to attend (long story) and I am a bit upset about it.

Please pray with me that my invitation being sent with the Word of God on it, will help my family realise how important this is to me and that they should attend, even just to witness my outward sign of love and passion for the Lord Jesus Christ and my appreciation for Him saving me..

I remember when my Mother got confirmed back in 2007 - I was no way a Christian then, but I wanted to come along and support my mother. You don't have to believe, just be there for someone I think.

I hope you don't feel lonely Steve, never feel lonely because God is there for you - He will be watching over you at this special occasion.

I'll also be praying for you too, and I shall pray that your family could also come to this special occasion.
