I love cooking and experimenting with different things. Maybe we can all chat about cooking. Maybe about how we learned to cook, recipe sharing, etc.
I cooked some biscuits I experimented with. They turned out so yummy and moist. Here is the recipe:
Note, if you live in a humid area you may use less water or if you are low altitude you may need to make adjustments.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients:
2 C All Purpose (wheat) Flour
3 tsp Aluminum Free Baking Powder
1 tsp sea salt
Add 1 C Sour Cream (you can use more water and oil instead of sour cream) and 7 tsp Nutiva Butter Flavored Coconut Oil. Stir mixture.
Add small amount of water at a time (start with 1/4C). Should look like a thick biscuit dough.
Scoop into ungreased cupcake/muffin pan and cook for 10 minutes. Check to see if done. If so, enjoy!
