Dan 7:6 After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it.

Grecian Empire:
(Greece, Turkey, Syria, Egypt) Four wings of the leopard described the swiftness of this empire that ran from 334-331BC. It wrestled world dominion from Medo-Persia. After the death of Alexander the Great the kingdom was divided into four minor kingdoms that continued as prominent factors in world politics until the Roman Empire gathered it back as one kingdom.

Prophecies of Daniel about the four universal kingdoms-Daniel 7

First, the Earth or the world was populated by two sorts of distincts peoples: GOD's people-Israel(Abraham's seed) and Gentile peoples (a countless devil seed variety).
How were the four kingdoms formed?Daniel described each one of them according his vision. Daniel said: Daniel 7:1-8

1- In the FIRST year of Belshazzar king of Babylon(he reigned from 556-539BC) Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters.

2 - Daniel said: I saw in my vision by night(556BC), and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea. (Detail:-The prophecy of four winds straiving upon the sea, it is showing a cenary and sequence of 4 strong future Gentilic Powers, which would strive among themselves successively in their conquers;
Regardings the Great Sea: Sea are all Gentilic nations of all tongues(Revelation 17:15). It was the global environment where successive wars and dominions of sovereignty rulers would take place among the Gentiles. They would take place from the kingdom of Babylon forwards, after Belshazzar's rules-556BC.
By the way, Israel was a mere Isle of/in the Great Sea, Israel is the dry land, the clay-Isaiah 64:8, separated from the waters(sea) around 2500 years after Adam, or 1500 years BC)

verse 3 reveals the oigin of the four beasts, saying: And four great beasts came up from the sea(from the Gentile peoples), diverse one from another. (four distincts peoples)

4 -The first Kingdom was like a lion,...(Babylon-from 605-539BC);
It destroyed the kingdom of Judah and the temple of Jerusalem in 587 B.C, Daniel was one of the captives in Babylon. His above vision occurred in 556BC, first year of Belshazzar's rule)

5 And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, ...(Kingdom of Medo-Persian, it lasted from 538-331BC). It had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it (it means its total dominion in Europe, and in Asia, and Africa, Americas still inexisted, of course): and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.(It means dominion upon all inhabitants of those three regions of the Earth in that respective time).

6 After this I beheld, and lo another, like a LEOPARD,...(Kingdom of Greece, it lasted from 331-146 BC). After the untimely death of Alexander the Great in 323 BC, his vast empire was left in the hands of his four generals, known as the Diadochi. These successors carved up the empire and founded their own states and dynasties. They are - Antigonus, and Cassander, and Lysimachus, and Ptolemy.

verse 7 - After this...behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, strong exceedingly; it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.
The fourth beast was like...what? Wasn't there an animal for the fourth kingdom because how horrible and ugly is the MONSTER of the fourth kingdom?

8 I considered the (10) horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.
In short words, the 4th BEAST:-THE KINGDOM OF ROME or Roman Empire, prophecy reveals it would be a DIVIDED KINGDOM (Daniel 2:33&41-TWO LEGS OF IRON)- and it fulfilled LITERALLY: Roman Empire of Western, endured from 395 BC - 476 AD - Bizantine Roman Empire from 330 AD-1453AD---> Both kingdoms were DISSOLVED completely, practically both empires were politically and militarily dissolved and were transformed into SPECIFIC religious Powers until today as is showed in Revelation 13, commented below, AND THEIR INHABITANTS spread among nations. North America, Central America and South America were discovered and added as continents, and henceforward existed 7 continents.

13:1- And I stood upon the sand of the sea(DETAIL: John is of Israel), and saw a Beast rise up out of the sea(Great Sea-the Gentiles of 7 Continents), having 7 heads(7 Continents), and 10 horns(here Israel is added), and upon his horns ten crowns(symbol of the 10 Princes of Israel), and upon his heads the NAME of blasphemy- (Vicarivs Filii Dei).

13:2 - And the beast which I saw was like unto a LEOPARD, and his feet were as the feet of a BEAR, and his mouth as the mouth of a LION: (NOTE: this verse 2 is revealing the ROOTS(Daniel 7:4-6) of the Beast of Sea-.verse 1), and the dragon gave him his POWER, (the MAN Beast of the earth like a lamb, with two horns -Rev.13: v.11) gave his Power to the MAN Beast (of sea) and his SEAT(it is his Throne in Jerusalem), and great AUTHORITY.
This prophecy WILL FULFILL LITERALLY very soon.

Revelation 13:4-9
-4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast (of sea): and they worshipped the beast(of sea) saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? (iN MY UNDERSTAND, Michael is able with his Sword as is written in verse 3)

5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. (1260 days-42 months-1st half of the last week, week 70th Daniel 9:24-27)

6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against GOD, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.
