What Jesus is telling us in this loving parable, God demand or ask for nothing beside repentance.
The sinner must in a good faith makes U turn from his bad deeds and ask for forgiveness,. No blood needed or anyone to die for you.
The sinner who repents and go back to God, In the eyes of God better than the one who never sins.

Without a shedding of the blood there is no forgiveness of sins Jesus came at the fathers prompting and shed his blood. The fathers love is what provided a sacrifice

Yes Literal blood is used as a metaphors in parables to represent the unseen work of the Holy Spirit pouring out his Spirit life in jeopardy of his own Spirit life

>>>I don't see any blood or water related to the parable!!

Jesus wants to tell you, when you disobey God and commit sin, just turn around and repent. God will forgive your sins and love you more the one who never sin.
It's simple like that.

What's the wisdom of God (If He ever did), to demand blood?

I thanks for the reply.

It's in the words of the parable "without the shedding of blood" . Blood like water are both used to represent the pouring out of the Holy Spirit in jeopardy of his own Spirit. Pouring out power of His life in order to raise temporal flesh that has no power. . . from the dying as good a dead

Shedding blood the temporal dying seen in that parable must be compared or mixed with the unseen eternal things of God . Our God has given us a tool that can help us understanding how to walk by His faith working in us yoked with his love, the unseen eternal things our daily burden an be lighter as we rest in Him

Learning how to mix is a life time work yoked with Christ he makes it possible. Philippians 1:6 informs us. If Christ has begun the good teaching work in us he will continue till we take our last breath .Its a open book test the answers can be hidden .

Hebrews 4 informs us no mixing (temporal eternal) no gospel rest .

What I would call the 20/20 mixing prescription. It does not add to the simplicity of the gospel but does enrich the gospel like honey or spice it up . He who will not share his glory with the the temporal things seen does warn us not to eat too much.

2 Corinthians 4: 18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

Christ working in the Son of man, Jesus the temporal mixed the two the unseen Holy father pouring out his labor of love or work of faith .the "let there be and it was "God good" . . one Love. . .demonstrated by the temporal .
