We all start out tending to view that God is only involved with us on the good side of the ledgers. And generally speaking, that is true. Where it gets problematic is when viewing the 'evil present' with us, which is ALSO from God. Yet this too is for GOOD, that we may come to know our need of His Eternal Mercy. So, does God use evil for good to this extent?

Of course. Evil is a created power (Hab. 2:9), all powers and all things were created by God, John 1:1-3, Col. 1:16-17, Rev. 4:12, etc. Evil power is His created subservient.

So, let's march this understanding into this scripture and see what we see:

John 3:21
But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

And we quite falsely think we see in the above, that it is only our GOOD DEEDS which are made manifest, that only the good deeds are wrought in God. But, if we observe Paul, Paul brought also his evil deeds to light, and manifested them also to be wrought in God. Romans 7:7-13, Romans 7:15, Romans 7:17-21, Romans 7:23 & 25, 2 Cor. 12:7, 1 Tim. 1:15, etc.

It is not just our "good self" that comes to manifestation of His Light, but also the evil present with us, with IT'S deeds, that God Himself BOUND all people to:

Romans 11:
32 For God has bound everyone over to disobedience so that he may have mercy on them all.

When we come before Him, into His Manifest Light, do we try to hide the fact? Why? God Himself knows that He bound us with DISOBEDIENCE. There, HIS LIGHT is truly MANIFESTED.

So, here for example is a believer, coming to HIS LIGHT. And what does this reveal?

Hebrews 10:
22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

Only those "in truth" can EXPOSE themselves in His Light, HONESTLY. And in this exposure we have been given the Heavenly Fruit of HONESTY from that exercise of TRUTH.

Gods Laws are made precisely to shut all our mouths before Him, in our guilt. So that we know HIS SOVEREIGNTY over "all things" including ourselves. This prepares the BED OF HIS MERCY.

Romans 3:
19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

Now, we may not care for the conclusion, that we are guilty, that we have evil present with us, that sin dwells in our flesh that is no more I, and that GOD HIMSELF put us all in this position. But when we see it is for HIS MERCY to be demonstrated, God is entirely exonerated and ABOVE that situation He Himself created, in order for us to perceive and receive HIS MERCY.

And yes, God can make things very tough for us, in order to come into this understanding, of His Mercy. In other words HE HIMSELF forces us into our NEEDS of His Mercy. And does so by the deployments of EVIL.

That's correct. No teaching from our Father will happen unless his servant has been justified through the process of confession and repentance which was a very painful process each time he put my body to the ground. Once God has justified his servant and found him to be trustworthy, then the process of delivering His knowledge through the Gospel begins about his future plan for his creation and how we're created. That was the only purpose he had for the first generation.
Amen! God spent over 23 years calling me and falling flat on your face hurts a lot but until He broke me, there was nothing good He could use me for.
