Poor Donald. He's burned through so many high powered lawyers who seem to be smart enough to not want to see this to the end, is now stuck with one who is acting like a first year law student performing in some mock trial. Where the teacher is the judge and has to continually stop the student and give corrective instruction to the student as she's learning to be a lawyer.
Sad. I just hope my tax dollars aren't paying for it.

Entering the country illegally is a crime yet some people are encouraging it, by encouraging i mean by looking after them once they commit the offence.
If someone breaks the law and they get free housing, free cash, free healthcsre, a free work permit for there efforts thsts crooked.
If a regular person encouraged someone to commit a crime and rewarded them for it they would probably get arrested.

Well, anyone who enters the country illegelly according to law has commited a crime, so its probably just a fact to say anyone who does that is a criminal, i would not go as far as saying they all bad people as that would be false and generalising, maybe some are crooked. I mean i think there are fact some illegal immigrants have commit crimes just like anyone else.

And that document doesn't give the office of the President the authority to just make laws at his individual will. We have since created a thing called 'executive order' that does allow the president some ability in that, but it is very limited. And as we see, there is no permanence with EO's. The next president can just wipe them out with a mere say so. Not so, the laws that the legislative body, who are supposed to make the laws. Those laws stand permanent throughout the various administrations until enough people think they aren't working and seek to change them "THROUGH THE LEGISLATIVE PROCESS"!@! This is why Trump could never get the wall built. He didn't have the authority to just tell the legislature to throw a few trillion dollars out and start building a wall. So he fought it. But as we've seen, he's really such a poor fighter, meaning in his ability to prevail more than his stubbornness to just keep fighting. He wasn't able to 'work with the legislature' to get his money just as he was an abject failure in trying to get the legislature to do anything about the ACA. He's a loser! Sadly, a lot of people don't seem to see that.

That may well be, but it's all done with the practice that is established for us in our constitution. Our laws and regulations have a method by which they become such. That method is established for us in our Constitutional documents. Those documents also put limits on what the various authority people holding the highest political offices in our land have. The job of making the laws under which this nation operates, should they need to be changed or updated as time marches on, are to be hammered out in our legislative body and passed through a Senate vote and then given to the president who does have the ultimate say in whether the new law or regulation gets past. Now, if it's a real serious matter and we all just don't think that the president understands the gravity of the situation, well our Constitution makes allowance for that also. With a 2/3 vote, the Senate can overturn a presidential veto. It's all there in our Constitution.

We are talking about a mayor, a politician, having a people of color only christmas party, that is discrimination based on race.
What does that have to do with black people and black clubs? equivalent to jew persecution?.
I would say that discrimination against people for there skin color is equal to discrimination against jewish people.
Any discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion Is equal discrimination.

Dude, if you really see black elected politicians getting together to discuss issue that are important to blacks as anti-white discrimination, I can't help you.
